We used Paris Shuttle twice—upon arrival at Orly and from our hotel to CDG. We connected with the rep at Orly–she had my name on an IPad, and sat with us until the driver arrived 15 minutes later. He drove an hour through traffic to get us to our hotel safely and it was a private ride. Our pick-up was on time, and the drive safe and smooth to the airport (CDG). We had a full load on that transport. This company appears to have good communication and expectations with their drivers. I was shocked by all the reviews I read and am happy to say my experience was significantly better!
